We believe making climate-conscious decisions should be easy. Born from a frustration with the complexity of the climate space, Earthmark was founded to bring clarity, impact, and actionable solutions to people and businesses worldwide.

After refining our vision through leading startup programmes and competitions with Climate KIC and Carbon 13, Earthmark officially launched in 2022. Since then, we’ve set out to put the environment at the heart of decision-making; partnering with global leaders like O2, Samsung, Etisalat, and VoucherCodes to drive meaningful change.

Jack Linnett, Founder & CEO

Jack is a seasoned product builder and partnership leader, having developed disruptive solutions and run collaborations with industry giants like Samsung, Google, and Microsoft during his time at O2. At Wayra, Telefónica’s investment arm, he worked closely with high-growth startups, helping them scale and integrate with large enterprises.

Katja Ovchinnikova, Tech Lead

Katja is a data scientist specializing in machine learning and AI, with experience across climate tech, language processing, robotics, molecular biology, precision medicine, marine and environmental sciences. She’s a member of Homeward Bound (a global leadership initiative for women in STEMM focused on climate solutions) and Terra.do (community of climate professionals).

Kim Faura, NED & Investor

Kim is a product and commercial leader supporting product strategy, commercialisation and growth at Earthmark. Kim has experience scaling consumer platforms and marketplaces, including giffgaff, Checkatrade and Gumtree. He’s also the founder and CEO of Early Phoenix, an AI-powered business intelligence company.
